Tipa Resort is situated in the heart of Ao Nang Beach. The Resort is nestled in on the hillside with landscaped gardens all on 16 acres of land.

it is a perfect place to get away from it all, but yet within a few minutes walking distance to Ao Nang beach.

66 Deluxe rooms, in all ground floor rooms are specially adapted for Handicapped guests. From which ocean views of Ao Nang and the natural surroundings can be enjoyed.

Baanmai : Our New category 15 Baanmai (Teak wood House), located upon the mountain, which Thai style decoration. Large bedroom with private balcony.

Deluxe room : Each room has a modern style private bathroom, air-condition and comfortable furnishings including a large balcony which is perfect for lazing on.

Bungalows : As an alternative, our 21 bungalows situated in quiet  garden setting with large balcony and garden views. Constructed from natural wood are all bungalows and have attached shower and toilet.

Rooms on the ground floor are specially adapted to Wheelchair access ramp, hand bar in toilet, bedroom and balcony are 0.9 m. wide, bathroom door 0.6 m. A Wheelchair ramp is provide for the reception access. Some public areas are not adapted for wheelchair guests because of steps, therefore it is recommended that disabled guest have a person to help. No lifts in the resort.

Nature is never out of touch, no matter where  the Resort you are in Tipa  Resort is a unique place which accords it's guests warm cordial service. In the lobby, there is a reading corner and music corner with Thai musical instruments for those who want hands-on experience. There is also a playground for your kids to enjoy.
